Beyond words, Ecstatic Dance provides direct access to emotions, inner processes, and unconscious aspects that can find expression and transformation through movement.
Ecstatic Dance is free, mindful dance—without words or guidelines. At its core is an invitation to follow your own body, express yourself authentically, and use the music as a path to movement, presence, and self-awareness.
In a mindful and supportive environment, space is created for creative expression, emotional expression, and vibrant interaction. Each dance unfolds in its own way—sometimes powerful and ecstatic, sometimes playful, meditative, or quiet.
Accompanied by carefully curated musical journeys, participants can fully immerse themselves in the moment, let go, and discover new facets of their movement. Pascal de Lacaze and DJ Semaro will lead the Ecstatic Dance sessions at the festival.
